RESERVATION PROCESS
3-night minimum charge

To begin making a reservation, click here to GET A QUOTE. Complete all required information (including destination) then click the SUBMIT. You will receive a quote via email. You may also call our office at

Your quote will consist of the following forms:

When you are ready to proceed and confirm your rental, please contact our office to make sure we still have the unit available for your trip. A down payment of $500 is required to reserve a Motorhome or a $250 down payment to reserve a Travel Trailer. You may send us a check or call us with your debit/credit card information. Please note, we have a 3.2% surcharge on all debit/credit card payments. Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to pick up. If your rental is within 30 days, we do require full payment to reserve the unit. We also need the forms completed and returned to us ASAP.

In addition, your rental needs to have insurance coverage before it leaves our lot. Please check with your personal insurance company to see if they could write an insurance binder for us. We need to have all personal insurance binders in our office prior to departure.
